Service Description
Telemedicine may be a good option for you if you are unable to come to my office. This service allows a complete, highly detailed investigation, including a history with laboratory analysis that allows for a comprehensive plan of treatment. We can continue with follow-up visits or we can recommend someone in your area to continue your healthcare goal.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ: Change/Cancel Appointments: To cancel or change appointments you MUST go to the scheduling web-page and create a login and password. Found here: https://www.drmichelleroseberry.com/services Click on the "login" button and then create a username and password. If you call the office to cancel or change the appointment you may still get an appointment reminder. Cancellation Policy: There will be a $85 dollar cancellation fee for appointments not canceled within 24 hours. In the event of three (3) documented “same-day cancellations,” the patient will be subject to dismissal. New patient no shows will be dismissed from care and charged $85 dollar cancellation fee.
