Cancelation Policy

PLEASE READ: Change/Cancel Appointments: To cancel or change appointments you MUST go to the scheduling web-page and create a login and password. If you call the office to cancel or change the appointment you may still get an appointment reminder. Cancellation Policy: There will be a $85 dollar cancellation fee for appointments not canceled within 24 hours. In the event of three (3) documented “same-day cancellations,” the patient will be subject to dismissal. New patient no shows will be dismissed from care and charged $85 dollar cancellation fee.
