Service Description
The focus of personal meal planning is to review your health history, goals and diet diary to determine where changes need to be made to reach your goals. Dr. Roseberry will create an meal plan/menu and shopping list that is individualized to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ: Change/Cancel Appointments: To cancel or change appointments you MUST go to the scheduling web-page and create a login and password. Found here: https://www.drmichelleroseberry.com/services Click on the "login" button and then create a username and password. If you call the office to cancel or change the appointment you may still get an appointment reminder. Cancellation Policy: There will be a $85 dollar cancellation fee for appointments not canceled within 24 hours. In the event of three (3) documented “same-day cancellations,” the patient will be subject to dismissal. New patient no shows will be dismissed from care and charged $85 dollar cancellation fee.
